Welcome to the State of Vermont's Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) Grants Management System. This system was designed to help both the State and the State's grantees to more effectively organize and manage grant-related information. Please choose from the list of options below:
We are currently upgrading our online grants management system. In order to complete the upgrade, we will need to take the system offline for two weeks. The system will be unavailable during this two week period. The system is scheduled to be unavailable from June 8 through June 19, 2015 (subject to change). Municipal Planning Grants
- Each Municipality/Organization must designate an Authorizing Official.
- ACCD will validate only the Authorizing Official, which serves as the electronic signature in the system. (9VSA§20)
- The Authorizing Official is responsible for defining the roles/responsibilities of local users of the system. A local user will click on “New User” link (shown to the right), and enter his or her contact information including a user name and password. The local Authorizing Official will then validate those individuals.
